Who, in our city, has not walked down St. Anne Street on a warm summer Saturday and enjoyed the experience of the eclectic gathering of vendors, sampled the various food offerings, listened to the young musicians, stopped at one of the Food Trucks for lunch and happened to run into some friends enjoying the same afternoon.  Does it get any better than this?
